To ensure your online shopping experience is smooth and seamless, Gem + Jewel offers FREE 2-3 DAY shipping on all domestic orders exceeding $100, using FedEx as our preferred carrier.
Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
For your protection, Gem + Jewel always:
- Insures and registers all items for their full value.
- Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
- Requires an adult to sign for the delivery for orders over $250.

We have two express delivery options available at an additional charge. TWO DAY generally arrives two business days after shipping if ordered by 3PM EST Monday through Friday. NEXT DAY should arrive the next business day if ordered by 3PM EST Monday through Friday.
Please note: TWO DAY or NEXT DAY express orders placed on Fridays after 3PM EST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Gem + Jewel delivers only to destinations within the United States, so we are unable to handle international orders at this time.
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date they were shipped. To guarantee a pleasurable experience, we also offer complimentary return shipping. Log into your Gem + Jewel account for access to your prepaid shipping label. Please note all returns must arrive in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging and documentation.
